Shipping

Economy Shipping: Economy shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders!  No order minimum is required!  

International Shipping: We charge a flat shipping rate $9.00 for the first item + $5.95 per each additional product. International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Shipping Times/Delivery

Many of our products are personalized, so therefore our shipping times can vary slightly.  However on average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international). 

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.  If the item you are ordering hasn’t been made yet, we can change the order for you.  Please contact us immediately through our contact us page if you have made a mistake when ordering.  Before placing an order, please always make sure to refer to the sizing charts.  If you receive your order, and there is a problem with your product, please reach out to us immediately.  We completely stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
