Expedited shipping options only expedite the shipping times, not the actual production time prior to shipment. Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order shirts & blankets, including personalized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our part.

We stand behind the quality of our shirts & blankets and guarantee our workmanship 100%.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect shirt or blanket, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no charge.

Jeans and Shorts:

For jeans and shorts, we adhere to the following return policy:

We accept returns for orders shipped to US customers only.
Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in clear packaging with a SKU label.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
You then have an additional 7 days to ship the items back for a full refund.
Orders not meeting these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified via email upon completion.

Jewelry (Including Personalized):

All Jewelry items are final sale and non-returnable.
