Expedited shipping options only expedite the shipping times, not the actual production time prior to shipment. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order shirts & blankets, including personalized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is an error on our part.
We stand behind the quality of our shirts & blankets and guarantee our workmanship 100%.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect shirt or blanket, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no charge.
Jeans and Shorts:
For jeans and shorts, we adhere to the following return policy:
- We accept returns for orders shipped to US customers only.
- Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in clear packaging with a SKU label.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- You then have an additional 7 days to ship the items back for a full refund.
- Orders not meeting these criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified via email upon completion.
Jewelry (Including Personalized):
All Jewelry items are final sale and non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect jewelry item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no charge.
In the event that your jewelry arrives damaged and is no longer available to replace, we will issue a store credit or refund.
